Refund Policy

At  Ariellas little closet we unfortunately do not accept refunds unless there is a fault with your item. You have have a 14 days to request a refund or exchange if there is a fault with your item or you want to exchange due to other circumstances such as the item not fitting.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags. You will need to enclose a paper slip with your name and order number on this please.

To request a return/exchange you can contact us at ariellaslittlecloset@yahoo.com in which we can process your request and provide you with an address to return your item.

If your return/exchange is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Please note if you send your item back without any contact with us first we will not accept this return. 

Unfortunately, Ariellas little closet does not provide free returns. Customers are responsible for return postage costs. 

Damages and issues
 

Once your parcel is delivered please do insure you check your order and contact us immediately if there is any damage or problems with your item. Please email is on ariellaslittlecloset@yahoo.com where we can look into the issue and rectify.

 

Refunds

Once we have received your return we will inspect this before an exchange or refund is approved, you will receive an email from us if it has been approved or not. You will automatically be refunded on your original payment within 10 working days. Exchanges will be issued inform of a credit note.
